The following is a list of available units as of November 12, 2018. The prices in this list shall be considered to be an invitation to make an offer. Gateway Acquisition, LLC (“Gateway”) reserves the right to reject any offer, including one at the asking price below. The information below is an approximate summary and must be confirmed by any interested party prior to entering into a transaction.
An upgrade to indoor parking is available to purchase ONLY with 3 or 4 bedroom units for an additional $20,000.
An “unfinished unit” generally means all or some of the following:
- the finished flooring of the unit is not complete
- a lighting package has not been installed
- the unit may need a final coat of paint
- various minor “punchlist” repairs must be completed
Prices of unfinished units assume a standard finishing package. Upgrade and customization options are available for an additional cost. Unfinished units are generally completed in-between the date that all contingencies in a purchase contract have passed and closing. Approximate completion timing is noted below.
